A client came to us with a problem most contractors wouldn't touch — build a store inside an operating mall with no rear entrance and no service corridor. Everything had to move through the mall itself. We figured out the logistics. That client called back for the next location, then the one after. Word got around.

Mall construction is a logistics problem as much as a build problem. Hoarding goes up, trades work during mall hours within property management's rules, and a dedicated night crew handles what the mall's operating hours won't allow — material deliveries, garbage removal, anything that needs the building to itself. We've built the team for both shifts.

Most of our work comes from brands we've already built for. That only happens when the first job went right. We're not trying to be the biggest GC in the GTA — just the one retail brands trust when they can't afford to get it wrong.

How we work

Four phases. Proven on 535+ projects.

01

Pre-construction

Permits, drawings, and mall authority submissions handled before a tool shows up on site. We coordinate with property management so approvals don't eat into your build window.

02

Daytime construction

Trades work during mall hours — framing, electrical, plumbing, millwork, finishes — within property management's rules for noise, dust, and site containment. Hoarding handles the public-facing side. We handle the schedule.

03

Night crew logistics

After the mall closes, our night crew handles what the operating hours won't allow — material deliveries, equipment staging, garbage removal. When there's no rear entrance, everything moves through the mall itself. That's what we've built the second crew for.

04

Handoff

Punch list complete, space cleaned, keys to your team on the date we agreed. If you promised your customers an opening date, we make sure you can keep it.

What sets us apart

Built for operating malls

Hoarding goes up, trades work during the day within the mall's rules, and a dedicated night crew handles material movement after close. It's a two-shift operation most GCs aren't set up to run. We've been running it for 20 years.

50+ malls. We know the rules.

Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, RioCan — every property management company has its own curfews and authority-to-work requirements. We've worked in all of them. We know the protocols before we show up.

Brands that keep coming back

Most of our work comes from brands we've already built for. That repeat rate isn't a selling point — it's proof that the first job went right, and the second, and the one after that.
