A client came to us with a problem most contractors wouldn't touch — build a store inside an operating mall with no rear entrance and no service corridor. Everything had to move through the mall itself. We figured out the logistics. That client called back for the next location, then the one after. Word got around.
Mall construction is a logistics problem as much as a build problem. Hoarding goes up, trades work during mall hours within property management's rules, and a dedicated night crew handles what the mall's operating hours won't allow — material deliveries, garbage removal, anything that needs the building to itself. We've built the team for both shifts.
Most of our work comes from brands we've already built for. That only happens when the first job went right. We're not trying to be the biggest GC in the GTA — just the one retail brands trust when they can't afford to get it wrong.
